The New Atlas Headquarters replaces the existing office building on the site from circa 1970. It features a warehouse seismically separated from the new retail and amenities on the ground floor, with offices and a staff terrace on level one that leads to a roof garden above the warehouse. Level two includes the boardroom, more offices, and room for future growth. The roof hosts solar panels on the offices and the warehouse for sustainable electricity generation.
Working in the Project Architect role since July 2022, Benjamin led the project from the beginning of the developed design stage through a multi-stage consent process, construction observation, and project completion.
