Benjamin has 20+ years of experience in the AEC industry across sectors including residential, retail, commercial, education, multi-unit residential and specialised healthcare.

He has extensive expertise in design and detailing across a wide range of project types and has had broad and varied experience with BIM Management, Documentation and Coordination of project deliverables with large consultant teams.

While Benjamin began his career as a technician, he has through periods of self-employment as a design consultant and involvement with project teams working on large scale projects, evolved into an Architectural Designer and Manager who is able to work across all stages of project design and delivery.

It’s this ongoing evolution and a willingness to collaborate that has driven Benjamin’s management and leadership development over recent years. The always demanding goals to deliver building and design projects calls for more collaboration to smooth out the often overlooked need for coordination and communication of building detail. In a construction environment that is constantly changing, any gaps that appear between design documentation and required construction level information have to be identified and resolved before the issues impact site progress. The ability of BIM technology and federated modelling is a powerful way to meet this demand.
